Ronnie was very punctual and organised, offering detailed explanations as to what he was going to do at each stage of the process. Ronnie did a fantastic job on our floor boards and was incredibly respectful of his surroundings, ensuring the efforts of his labour was reflected in his work. Ronnie also offered great advice on how to look after the floors to make they last as long as possible. You can tell that Ronnie really cares about his work and he doesn’t take shortcuts.
