Been living in Portsmouth for 3 years under the same landlords, 2 separate houses both with high standard facilities and excellent support from the landlords themselves should any issues with the house arise. Perfect for any student wanting stress free and high standard accommodation.

Lovely landlords who offer well equipped houses for us! Been with them for 2 years and will be with them for a third due to their incredibly nice houses. They respond to queries and sort them so quickly and I would definitely recommend them!

Amazing, very kind Landlords. Had a couple issues with the house that the landlords immediately fixed. After letting them know their was mould on the shower curtains, they immediately sent out replacements. Additionally, when our garden bench broke, the landlords immediately sent out a new one to the house and came to set it up for us :))

Personable landlords with great communication & urgency when dealing with any unexpected problems. Had issues this year with certain tenants not having the skills or drive to keep a clean environment, but Tracey & Abhai were very understanding and worked towards a mutually beneficial solution, instead of surprising us with extortionate bills like a lot of money-hungry landlords tend to do these days. Very grateful to them. 10/10 would recommend.

Rented a property in first year from money-hungry landlords solely interested in making as much as possible and spending as little as possible and that become obvious throughout the year with the way they dealt with problems. Second and third year with these new landlords and they reply quickly and efficiently to every problem, picking up the phone instantly and offering/sending help, extremely personable service that allows for stress-free accommodation which is very difficult to come across with student letting companies. 5/5

Best landlords in portsmouth. Stayed there for 2 years and not once did we have any issues. All problems were sorted ASAP. Would highly recommend!
