Wickes Grantham

Very, very, helpful, had been to a different DIY store in Grantham and they hadn't got anything we were looking for, got it all from wickes, cooker hood, splash back, tiles (which were on offer and a good bargain).will certainly go back.

Placed an online order, delivery on expected day did not turn up, no phone calls or emails to explain why.Nothing the next day either.Will be seeking a refund and going to Travis Perkins.

Always a reliable place for DIY kit. I'll regularly order my bits & pieces online and collect them after the staff have collected the order together. They're a helpful & friendly bunch.Wickes is an easy recommendation.

The 1 star is for the fitter who did an amazing job, the rest of my experience was sadly well below expectations of a good quality service.

A great shop, helpful staff and a wide product range.

Store looks a bit unkempt but what do you want, cheap prices or bling? Stopped at this store to pick up some roofing felt on my way past. Staff were very helpful which is not always the case at Wickes.

Great hardware store with fantastic staff who are knowledgeable and understanding. While not the biggest, the store had a good layout and range of products, some products can't even be found at competitors. You can get some great deals, but some items did seem a bit pricey.

The initial start to my kitchen purchase was good and staff who came out to measure up were professional. To be fair the staff throughout when I had to ring with the following problems were also very helpful. My disappointment was that all and I mean all the electrical appliances we ordered were delayed, what use is that when you have a time slot with your installer and quite frankly I am sick of hearing about how it's all brexit and covids fault now.The installer has done a good job however he didn't know difference between a sliding hinge and a fixed hinge regarding the integrated fridge freezer so we had a nightmare with that. He did admit that he hadn't much experience of these kitchen types. I don't have an issue with him and he has done a good job but it does raise the issue as to why wickes are sending installers without this knowledge.To summarise -staff were helpful and kitchen is nice however when you order a kitchen you need it all to turn up by the installation date. Wickes should provide training and better support to the installers THEY use to install THEIR kitchens.

Dreadful bathroom installation. Water leaking from shower to the kitchen so cannot use, toilet not plumbed in and everything seems to chipped or not correct. Communication in non existent, deverstated after spending over £14,000 on the bathroom and it's a mess with customer service to help us.
