Co-op Food - Chapel Street

Disgrace this place, placed online via ubber, 4 items ordered 2 delivered. Advised contact ubber,DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL BLAME UBBER BECAUSE SOMEONE CAN'T COUNT TO 4....ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFULL.

Friendly local store with a good selection of products.

Do not use this shop to order via UBER. I ordered 3 of the same item aswell as other items. When the delivery arrived there was only 1 of the 3.. when I contacted co-op all they did was pass the book and blame UBER.. the staff can’t count 1-3 to confirm the order is correct before it leaves the shop. I was told because the staff were so busy the driver was ok to just come in tell the staff he has an order to pick up and just take it at his own free will. Now I’m £45 out of pocket and the only thing co-op have to say is take it up with UBER.. what ever happened to customer service?Complete joke.. think twice before using this store again. Please don’t be sat out of pocket like myself. As again.. it’s not co-op fault and the staff can’t count to 3 :)

Sells most things some items are quite pricey but this is like everywhere now. Unless you buy there home brands then that's usually a bit of a saving.

Nice selection of products in store and friendly staff.

Staff working on the kiosk spend too much time chatting, all good but keep it brief rather than having a 5 minute chat and then having to go over what has actually been scanned taking even more time.Short moderately built blond haired woman serving.Maybe have a some staff training in customer service and possibly have the mystery shopper shoppers to visit.

Excellent quality and value for money

My son ordered 3x budweiser from this store and only 1 arrived, and this coop are passing the book back to uber when this is the shops fault when they have stock in store and blaming the delivery driver. How is this ubers and delivery drivers fault, absolutely ridiculous the shop needs to take some kind of responsibility, not just pass the book on to other services

DO NOT USE THE ATM... The staff won't tell you or put a sign on it, because they are terrible in that shop for just chatting with each other all time in their own little world, but the machine acts like it's giving you the money but doesn't and it can take up to 14 days to go back into your account.. it's messed my dad up big time please don't use it.

This store is my cycling stop point. I have been to this store multiple times. I do not live in the local area... Yesterday I had hot coffee, some fruit, Firecracker chicken chunks, water and crisps. Great shop great location... I'm Coeliac so would have liked a sandwich but I'm still 100% happy with my visit and my food... When I plan a big ride I try to include a Co-op Food.
