Left my Passat in the service department for new belts and waterpump to be fitted, Orlagh was able to arrange a date and time to bring the car in and when I arrived Todd showed me to the courtesy car and called me when my car was ready again. Their mechanic Stanley provided a detailed and informative video about the current condition of my car. A very professional and well run business highly recommended.

I have been buying my car from TJ Hamilton's for a good few years. I went with my wife yesterday as she wants to trade in her car for a hybrid or electric car. The prices they were quoting was unbelievable. What they were allowing for her car was thousands less than we had got quotes for, they just didn't seem to want to try to make a deal. Maybe it was because they didn't have much stock. So we went to a different dealer and she has her new car ordered and should have it by the beginning of December.

Had my Niece up for her to leave her car for its service, very easy to get to with great parking. The Staff were very helpful polite and friendly. Just an absolute pleasure to go into. My Niece got a video update of what they did to the car. Would highly recommend this car dealership.

Absolute shamble of a “dealership” I’ve been trying to get hold of a manager named Gabriel and called up the dealership 7 times but for some reason had no call, indicating he was to busy for a customer, originally called in to require info on a car from a guy named Chris to which I received a call back from some one named adrea insisting I spoken to her before which I personally thought what unprofessional way of doing business especially on a car worth over 50k , the people who I have spoken to multiple times do not care when it comes to making a complaint against their colleague. I wouldn’t advise anyone who wants a car to go to this showroom best of going to main dealer as supposed to a franchise like tj Hamilton.Absolute shambles of a business.

Excellent service, great company to deal with. Because of a family emergency I was unable to collect my new car. Ryan arranged to have it delivered to my home in Lurgan. This service is way above and beyond. Many thanks to all at TJ Hamilton. I. Wouldn’t deal with anyone else.

Bought a BMW 320d from Andrea and had a great experience. Had to get some repairs done under warranty shortly after and the experience was also great, a courtesy car was provided and Todd kept me well informed. They even performed an additional warranty repair on a defect that I hadn't noticed so I was extremely impressed with that attention to detail. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from TJ Hamilton.

Been here quite a few times and purchased a car from them. Very nice staff throughout, very good range of cars if you're a Volkswagen lover. Front reception ladies are very friendly and efficient both in person & on the phone. Can't fault Campbell and his servicing team too, everything is done very professionally. Will be back again next time I'm car shopping
