I cannot stress how talented Kate is. She produced a stunning display of purple and white flowers for a funeral. Not only were they beautiful, but Kate has been exceptionally supportive, communicative, friendly, and hardworking. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I was looking forward to surprising my family with birthday flowers. I did an online order and gave all the information asked. Did not receive any communication about a delivery date.Emailed the email address listed and no response.Got an email from Kate asking when delivery was wanted (I put that in the order)…she gave another email, sent a reply to that email…it’s been two days. Birthday is passed now. Still no reply. I sent a reply to the email asking my delivery date.Nothing yet. Still no flowers.Very disappointed.Be aware if you are doing an online order. The communication is not good. Instructions are not clear.Ordered on a Thursday, birthday was Sunday. It’s now Monday.
