Does what it says on the can. Very convenient to park and let the bus take the strain of getting us into the centre of Cambridge.

Disappointingly poor information screens, totally useless timings. All the buses have telemetry so no excuses are valid. Unreliable.

The service is awful. Waited 45 mins to see two buses to Cambridge City Centre cancelled on the electronic board there. The next was then scheduled for a further 35 minutes in the future. If that was the service to get into Cambridge would you risk it when you are trying to get out? They have notices there blaming the delays on the roadworks going into Cambridge but that is no excuse for keeping people waiting for over an hour. Gave up and drove to Bury St Edmunds instead and I was parked in the town centre before the bus was even due at the Milton Park and Ride. My advice is dont bother trying it!!

Plenty of free parking, buses every 12-15 minutes. Buses are well kept and clean. Fleet is migrating to all electric

Return trip was a fiasco. Was taken on a round trip to addenbrooks first 5hen the second driver had a break at Milton Tesco! He was a nasty little Chinese person who got aggressive with me so I walked back to the p and r as I was fed up .useless service I will not use again

Only just started to use park and rides. I went into the centre of Cambridge City, had plenty of time to look around, then back. A great service, I will be using it again

Very effective park and ride, but I had to take away points because the electric chargers are very hard to find. Upon eventually happening on them as I was leaving, I observed that they just look like black bollards. Please paint them a conspicuous colour.

Easy parking and the bus arrived as soon as we arrived. Toilets drinks machine area was not open. The single ticket was £2 but the return ticket was £5... Check with the driver I suppose...

Great for getting into Cambridge easily. And relieved that the shelter and toilets are now open again . I was also able to buy a hot drink from a vending machine and snacks also available. Lots of room to park.

First time on this Park and ride. lovely area nice clean bus. would definitely do this again going to Cambridge for day out. but sign at bus stop for it says, its £3.00 return. but on the bus driver says its £3.50. need to update the sign.... but when I'm in sunny Norfolk visiting family i will do this again..
