Love my new car. Kim was great to deal with, very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a vehicle.

After much soul searching finally came across a car at Trent View Autos. After the first contact Kim was a pleasure to deal with. I arranged to go and see the vehicle on the Saturday with a view to driving it away, Kim then told me the bits and pieces he would do beforehand i.e oil change, MOT,valet etc etc, true to his word the work was done and the car was perfect.When we arrived we were greeted with a polite handshake and left alone to look over the car, Kim then took us for a test drive. On our return Kim asked us what we thought and then were taken into his office to do the necessary paperwork,this man really knows his stuff, we were offered refreshments as we had driven an hour and a half to view the vehicle.Paperwork done, I feel Kim is an efficient and trustworthy independent dealer and would I purchase a car from him again . . Bought a lovely Mini Cooper from Trent Autos around 6 months ago. Kim was a pleasure to deal with, polite, honest and professional. No pressure to buy. Had a minor unforeseeable issue with the car which Kim dealt with quickly. Really enjoying the car… if there’s a car there you like the look of, I would definitely recommend giving Kim a call!

Volvo V40 Cross Country D2 - Purchased June 2021I would highly recommend Trent View Autos, Kim is knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy in the slightest. We part exchanged our old car and received a very fair value for it. We had a small issue with the car around a week after purchasing it (This can happen with any second hand car), Kim was very helpful and keen to resolve the issue. The issue was resolved swiftly and covered under the 3 month warranty Kim provided.I would certainly purchase a car from Kim again and found the experience of purchasing a car from Trent View Autos very refreshing. Having experienced pushy salesman in the past when purchasing cars. Kim was genuinely interested in making sure that the car was a good fit for us, being a diesel with a Diesel Particulate Filter he made sure that we were doing the type of mileage which would stop the DPF from getting clogged.5 Stars
