Proceed with caution. Had some damp proof work done by this company in 2019. Am now experiencing the same issue in exactly the same area which indicates the job was done poorly or not at all. Supposedly guaranteed for 20 years. Cannot get hold of anyone in the company by phone or email. Would not go near this company again.

I have recently had both rising damp and dry rot issues treated by this very professional company. From the outset they were extremely helpful, completing the job for me within a week to a high standard and at a reasonable price. Communication was first rate; they kept me informed and gave me lots of helpful advice along the way. It was reassuring to deal with a company with so many years of experience, I thoroughly recommend this family run company.

Arranged a survey twice which were both no shows. Then the surveyor turned up the next day unannounced to do a 2 minute survey. I was told that the survey would be sent to me within 2 days and 2 weeks later I’ve still not heard anything. Very unreliable and unprofessional business
