Absolutely fantastic service - above and beyond the call of duty! Joe sorted out my mum's lock within an hour of me contacting him and then went back to look at another lock out of working hours. Give him a try - you won't regret it!

Joe came out to help us late in the evening after we've had a continuing problem with keys. He was absolutely brilliant - extremely efficient and very helpful. We're students, so we appreciated the tip on where to get keys cut etc. And such a calming presence was good for us in a time of minor crisis!

My door got locked when I was inside the house. Joe came out within the hour to help replace mechanism tha had broken.Lovely friendly guy and not as expensive as I was thinking as was a late night call.
