I cannot recommend Dr Alex highly enough! I am very glad I am a patient of hers and have benefited a lot from her patience, dedication and unique approach to treatment as a whole. I came across references to her clinic online at a point when a lot of other avenues had been exhausted with no success and was feeling quite frustrated. I wasn’t sure what to expect at all but even after our initial phone call I felt so much better that someone had taken so much time to listen to everything, ask questions that no one else had thought to ask and seemed so genuinely keen to help. Since then the programme she has established for me has helped so much. Every aspect of Dr Alex’s treatment plan is laid out very thoroughly, and is based on her research that she can use to explain and justify the reason for each part. I’m just very very glad I found out about her as a resource right on my doorstep when I did.

A long review but worth a read. I have been on a journey with mental health issues for a very long time, I had my first breakdown at 19 and I am now fast approaching 50. Along the way I have worked with countless doctors, therapist and mental health practitioner's (even been hospitalised 3 times) and although they all brought something different to the table each one was helpful at the time. However, none ever quite connected at a level that was core to who I am and my individuality. Through research and scanning anything I could access on my search to be 'whole' I found Dr Alex's page, and did I hit gold. Dr Alex has tapped into something I can not explain, it's more than she is in my head, I search for the words but come up empty. Her unbelievable talent to have mastered several disciplines and be able to connect how they intertwined and correlate with each other and to then adapt and implement to each patient's individuality is remarkable. Through her I have found a pathway and I can tell you all who read this that I now am a Forensic psychology degree student, without Dr Alex I would not be able to have found the courage to follow this path to being 'whole'.
