Connection Yoga

I’ve been going to Mum & Baby yoga classes with Rosie and it’s been a lovely, welcoming space where you can pause to feed your baby whenever you chose. My baby loves it and I enjoy some time to feel supported in community, have a good stretch & reset after a bad night. Rosie always ends with a beautiful reading, herbal tea & homemade treat (not saying I only go for the cake, but it’s a factor!)

Rosie is amazing! Her classes are so well thought out to suit the people who go every time. She creates a warm and refreshing environment and each time I go I feel like a new person-aches and pains disappear! Have worked with her through pregnancy and beyond and she is a fantastic practitioner…. And a blooming lovely baker too! ☺️

I attend the mother & baby yoga class, and its heaven, so welcoming of baby, great to stretch and move after lugging baby around all week, and the tea and cake at the end make the whole thing feel like a real treat, thank you!
