I ordered several Denby items online as part of my wife's Christmas present and I have to say they were delivered very promptly (literally the day after placing the order) and they were beautifully packaged (so no or little chance of damage in transit!). Regular emails too to keep me up to date on progress, and a good price for the items. All in all, an efficient and effective service. I would highly recommend Tableware for Life and will certainly use them again myself.

Fantastic service. Ordered yesterday, received today, and I was kept up-to-date by e-mails confirming the order and updating me on when it would be delivered (and it then arrived when it was supposed to, thank you Parcel Force). The ordering process was easy and when the parcel arrived, everything had been packed with the kind of care you'd use to wrap your granny's family heirlooms. Highly recommended, will use again if I manage to break any more of my dinner service!

Cathy and Tableware for Life are always wonderful to deal with. Over the years, I have purchased many pieces from them to complete my set. Communication is always prompt, and payment is easy. Shipping to Canada is always quick and reasonably priced. Packing is excellent and my items always arrive safely. I only wish they were closer so I could visit in person! We have ordered twice from Tableware For Life. Both orders were shipped to us promptly to Canada. We encountered a customs delay with the first order but the second arrived in thee days! The condition of the items was as described on the web site at order time. The second order had items with an excellent" designation; they looked brand new despite being 20+ years old. Our second order was based on as available and we were notified by e-mail about 7 months after the first. We have interacted with both Cathy and Debbie at Tableware For Life. They are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. In summary

Packaging is excellent, double bubble wrapped and put in bubble wrap lined box. Delivery is speedy and delivery prices are honest. I came across this organisation through a Google search as I wanted to give my parents a gift of replacement bowls to match plates they bought a long time ago. Not only did this company have the exact match, at a reasonable price, they also kindly included a greetings card to accompany the gift. Not just a compliment slip, but a proper card, hand-written. A lovely personal touch!
