Sent them my Leutcher cuckoo clock for warranty repair. Excellent no quibble fix and prompt return. Very pleased.

I took my cuckoo clock to Michlmayr Clock & Watchmakers in Norwich for an estimate, they took a week to provide it and wanted 800GBP to replace all the mechanisms....Took the clock to Braintree clock repairs where Justin did a quick adjustment and a quick servide to get the clock working perfectly and all while I waited the half hour it took. and all for 30GBP!!!A totally professional, efficient and confident experience, can''t recomend highly enough...

I had a very fine Drocourt carriage clock with a damaged platform escapement. It was a repair that virtually nobody will take on nowadays as it is highly specialist work. Justin took the job in after seeing a few photographs and the job was completed not only speedily but very skilfully too. My clock was returned to me swiftly and was ticking away when I unpacked it. A highly recommended repair business that I shall certainly return to should the need arise.
