You can buy your tickets, and board a train here, it has 2 restaurants and a washroom. The only con I found was that NI bus and train tickets are too expensive as compared to other countries which r reasonably priced.

+ Fine, gets you where you need to be- What's the point of a footbridge if its never bloody open? having to loop the whole way round the world instead of straight up and over like any other station in the world. Not very accessible?!

My experience of Lanyon Place train station is clean and tidy, toilet facilities available, drinks and food available and of good range and quality, ticketing options are efficient, available and professionally staffed. Train services generally run to time and announcements are frequent and clear. Platform staff are helpful and attentive, particularly to passengers with additional mobility needs and for those with sight and hearing support needs. Confused or lost travellers are swiftly supported to find correct platforms and trains. Overall a reliable service. Well done to all staff from cleaners to control room.

Clean, busy but well organized, which made it easier to navigate. All lifts operational, a plus, as I carry 2 pieces of luggage and a heavy backpack.

Clean modern railway station. Shops include a Starbucks and a licensed cafe. No luggage storage. Clean toilets. Passenger flow to booking counters and on to the actual platforms seems to flow weirdly and is wasteful of space. Station staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

In and out, quick and easy! Well laid out and close to downtown Belfast. We used it for a quick train trip from Dublin during our vacation in Ireland.

Very busy railway station. Well organised and really clean, with plenty of seating and other areas to relax in. Toilet facilities are top notch here too.I particularly like that staff are very approachable and helpful, which is really important when someone is in a hurry to get to a place. There is a free bus service which takes travellers into Belfast city centre and which leaves from just outside the station. This is one of the better train stations I’ve visited in Ireland.
