Oh gosh!!! I can't believe I'm with Bluebird Care Kensginton and Chelsea for 4 1\2 years now, I love every minute and hour of it I'm a full-time worker and I'm hardly absent from work.When I started to work with the company I didn't know much about caring as this would have been my first caring job, the top line is I have received alot of support, training, even from the office staff, carer's and from my supervisor's at that time was (Nicola and Irene) the work I'm carrying out today is what you taught me, thank you guy's.No one from the office have ever spoken to me rudely, there is good communication from the office and myself. They listen to my concern about any situation that arises and it was dealt it.If one of my children is unwell at school and I have to pick up that child when I have informed the office,they have NEVER said I'm so sorry I can't let you off work because we are short of carer's they ALWAYS tried their best to solve it. Sometimes supervisor's, managers and office staff goes out to cover call's because they never let down there customers.If I'm not feeling well for work and I call in sick I was never told to tried and come in to work and see how you feel.Instead I was told I'm sorry to hear your not feeling well get some rest and see how you feel the next day".I would highly recommend Bluebird Care Kensginton & Chelsea to anyone."

I was employed at Bluebird Care Kensington & Chelsea during 2015-2016. I originally started as a field care supervisor and transitioned into the role of a care coordinator. My time working at Bluebird was truly enjoyable and everyone in the team was great to work with. Priority was ensuring that our customers were always well looked after. Definitely reccomend Bluebird Care as both and employer and a top care agency.

I have been with Bluebird 2 years and to be honest it’s better than my previous job in so many ways.i started as part time fill my availability form and they said the time I put on availability form is not available yet and they explain it to me so I did took it as they promised me at soon the availability I applied for I will get it and they kept they promised and its wasn’t the long. I worked hard proved my self. The management they were happy with my work they got a good feedback from the Cilent and I’m not saying the company it’s perfect every work place has bad and good side it’s all about they communication between the office management or the office staff and carers. They were time the communication in office was bad and cares They were doing to much work end up been they were to tried and I did spoke with management that I was doing too much work I need to have rest or have shorts day and they explained why I do to much either have a carers came off sick or is holiday season. But I do get the support as I build I good relationship with staff management and also with Carers and Cilent. And they advertise a care coordinating vacancy in the office I did applying I got all of the support from the staff and the management and it was very good experience at coordinating it’s very hard job to do so I decided to go back to be a carer again The management understood the reason I couldn’t do the care coordinating. All I can say we all human do mistakes happen from the both sides office and cares and all we need to build and improve the communication and trust given chances to change to each other.

I worked for Bluebird Care for over 9 years altogether in various roles; in January this year I joined the office in Kensington & Chelsea and I love working with the team.The management team is inspirational and fair, supportive and lead by example.My colleagues in the office and the care assistants in the field are so hardworking and caring individuals. It is such a great team to work with, and the vulnerable customers we care for are always at the centre of everything we do.I love working here as the quality of the care we deliver is exceptional and everybody work together towards the same objective!

Highly recommend! Bluebird care kesington is an outstanding home care provider, they are very good at looking after vulnerable people in need and tailoring services acording to their needs. Costumer service is very committed whenever you need to get in touch with local office they pick up phone straight away and arranje for someone to meet you in your home asap to understand the support required.Bluebird care provide a big range of different care services and the staff in the office are very understandable and very quick & easy to deal with.My Friend loves the care staff who are all also very friendly !

Bluebird care agency is absolutely fantastic and I would not hesitate for one second in recommending the carers or the management on how they care for clients. Communication is excellent and I really for once feel as if my mother is cared for properly. Keep up the amazing work I wouldn’t deal with another agency again.

Mum turned 100 years on Monday 24th October…she made it! I can’t express in words how grateful I am to the Bluebird home care service. Mum had 2 knees operations over 10 years ago and slowly began to lose mobility. We were so fortunate to have the Bluebird team look after her over the last 10 or more years. As years have gone by she has lost mental capacity and has become increasingly difficult to manage but the team have been so compassionate and caring and really treating her with the care and true heartfelt love and not just another body or elderly person. The management team are quick to report and flag any issues and even call the gp the nurse the emergency services whenever needed. I really could not ask for better service and feel very fortunate that they have looked after mum so well. Big thank you to all the team. X

If i can potentially save one person with this review, i will try. I have a family member who was under the 'care' of Bluebird care. I implore any person who is considering having a family member or friend looked after by Bluebird Kensington to reconsider. The care they offered included FM sitting in a soiled pad for over 3 hours (because personal care would be coming in an hour), sitting in wet clothing (because they will be fed in an hour and would have to be changed anyway - FM has enough clothing for clothing to be changed) and not be fed food but to be given liquid substitutes.FM was emotionally and physically assaulted by Bluebird staff members, shouted at and scratched. When complaints are made to the management they ignore requests and concerns. When staff members whistleblow on the abuse they have seen they are fired, this happened on 2 occasions. Their complaints procedure is a scam, full of excuses and no productive outcome.Staff are not qualified or trained for specific requirements.If you have no other option but to go with Bluebird you MUST have CCTV in place.I have picture and documented evidence of the abuse and neglect endured.Dear Bluebird Care, Feel free to contact me as i would like to continue my complaint and case with the Care Quality Commission.I see the review you have made. You were the most abusive. He was terrified of you and was covered in scratches from you.
