Simon the owner and his staff could not have been more helpful. I had come to see their products on Site. They were exceptional. I'm 66yrs been in engineering all my working life owning and running my own high integrity fabrication and welding company up to 2002 supplying the nuclear, chemical and hydrocarbon big names. Having inspected Eco Trailers chassis especially; the design, strength, quality, craftsmanship and assembly of the finished trailer, would have been what my client's expected from my former organisation. Furthermore I have a particular unique requirement for my trailer (Titan) Simon and his team were more than happy to talk through, suggest changes or modifications that would fit my requirements. The cost to quality ratio is in favour if the purchaser.An outstanding series of trailers, the main man Simon and his team of loyal guys and girls. Purchased a velocity trailer from the team. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The trailer is very good quality, it tows well and has class lead space. Overall a very good trailer at an excellent price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Can't rate Simon and his guys too highly. Following a last minute hitch in arrangements to transport my 1952 MG TD down to Hampshire for our son's wedding, Simon came up trumps with one of his excellent Eco-trailers, which proved to be ideal. Purchased a 2nd hand eco-trailer which they had for sale, both Simon and Steven were fantastic, great handover, even replaced the interior lights as one was playing up, tows lovely and perfect for what I need it for.

Collected our Shuttle Trailer last week. Really friendly, helpful people and the trailer was ready to go when we arrived. Excellent trailer, well thought out design and excellent build quality, incredible value for money. Travelled back home to Bristol with it and it towed really well. Was a pleasure doing business with this company. Very pleased.

I have just collected a brand new trailer from Eco Trailers tonight, and it has exceeded all of my expectations.I was very impressed with the way Simon dealt with me from the point of discussing the spec of the trailer prior to my confirmed order, right through to the handover process when I collected the trailer.Also both Simon and his mum were very welcoming when I arrived tonight, and to be honest the whole process was very relaxed, and he was not your typical pushy sales person.I would recommend Eco Trailers to anyone that is looking to purchase either a new, or used shuttle trailer, and speak directly with Simon, as his knowledge in trailers is second to none.

Fantastic service.I had 2 bent axles, parts where ordered and a date for fixing was arranged.Drove up the night before for an early start, and all done by 9am. So apart from my 400 mile round trip, I had an excellent service. Very well done all.
