I can’t praise these enough, I am a complete amateur when it comes to knowing what steps to take with my idea and was very nervous as I didn’t know what to expect or where to start. I came across Albright when looking for help with a patent application. The communication was very prompt, they were very understanding when I explained that I didn’t know how to go about things and told me not to worry as they guided me through the steps I needed to take through meetings and regular emails. Florence and her team put a lot of thought into the application and got me thinking about solutions to questions that may arise in future rather than just being yes people, I was asked “have you thought about this? How’s this going to work?” Which made me feel like my idea was being listened to and taken seriously, very different to the response I received from the last company I used. A lot of pride was taken in the work rather than a rushed job yet it was still done in a reasonable time frame considering how much work was put into it. Their communication was very good with regular updates from Florence and Mellissa that were reassuring, they have also pointed me in the right direction of other services that I will be needing in future. Although I didn't need them in the end they were fantastic I had a Opposing letter for a trademark they said it how it was. Best thing for me was to pull my trademark back and that is what they suggested even though that meant no business for them. I would 100% recommend these as I can assure you they will do what is best for you and your company.
