Great room with nice decor and attention to detail. Very thoughtful and friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Also, the staff has great recommendations for local places.The hotel is in a great location near the train station as well as bus station, and also just a short walk to the beach.

A beautiful hotel that boasts plush rooms transporting you to the Georgian era. The interiors were amazing and the rooms were equipped with essential amenities, along with beautiful antique furnitures.With the Swansea coach station and major grocery stores being minutes away, the location of the hotel is more convenient.The hotel also provides amazing breakfast for £15pp and it’s worth the time and money.A suggestion to the management would be to add signs towards the rooms inside the hotel, as it can be a bit confusing. Provided it’s a smaller place compared to the Morgans hotel, it would be nicer to have a dedicated customer service team who can extend an effusive welcome and improve overall customer experience.
