I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my engineer Raj, who was very helpful to try to fix my phone screen and given me advices about what to do about my software issues. He did an amazing job. I hope you commend this guy for not just so good on his craft but also great customer service. Thank you Raj!

I did not get good service in this store. The workers seemed nice but there was an engineer named Raj who took in my laptop to fix it. After a day later I check that the laptop is working and closed it after using it for about 30 minutes. I kept it secured in a bag and did not use it for approximately 4 days, When i turned the laptop on I saw that it wasn't working and had the same problem as beforeI was really confused since it wouldn't make sense for the laptop to not work when I barely have used itAfter I took it to the engineer and he told me that lots of water got into my laptop, when he only showed a little drop on my keyboard. I knew certainly that a mass amount of water could not enter in just a span of 30 minutes, and i had kept it really secure and did not use any liquids around the laptopNow he is saying it will cost even more to fix the laptopRidiculous service, I am not sure if others had good or bad experiences but my one was horrible.

Badly Broken my iPhone on a Friday dropped for fixing and received back in few hours saved my life I have an important meeting- fantastic service by Tech Raj brilliantly honest absolutely no qualms about recommending him. Before sending I checked out reviews for local people as I was wary about drop-in off (or indeed fixing at all) but all local reviews seemed mixed so after nearly passing out at the amount Apple were wanting to replace screen on an iPhone I decided to give a try. Thanks Raj ,So pleased I did.

Go for it blindly.If you want to buy a gadget at a affordable price.Good customer service.Daniel is the best person ever,he is the one who suggested me the best laptop and mobile as well at a very affordable price.

Baseo Stratford were selling an item ( 5G router ) on ebay, I wanted to buy one and saw that it is sold in Stratford which is very close to where I live so I decided to go there and buy directly to avoid waiting for shipping. Because it is a router for mobile broadband it works well or not depending on where you want to use it. Before buying it I specifically asked if I can return it if it doesn't work well for and I was told yes within 30 days. I wanted to return it after 3 weeks ( used it for about 2 but wasn't good enough for my needs ) and I was told no refund because it has no fault and quoted thats ebay policy when actually in ebay policy if you want a return if you changed your mind" and the seller has the listing marked as accepting returns (which it is link below ) the you have the right for refund.What makes it worse is that I specifically chose my words and specified how I am going to use it to make sure that I am eligible for the refund if it doesn't meet my needs and I was assured that I am eligible for it. Unfortunately I don't have a voice recording of the conversation so there is no way for me to get my money back

I have been a regular customer since 2015 where I have bought so many phones! Baseo is a warranty!Big thank u go to Sherry and his colleagues! He is been very helpful and knowledgeable therefore highly recommended!

Great bargains way better than cex and it had a really helpful employee called Ali or Eli came here on Saturday 26 November and really enjoyed the experience, really good bargains really great employees really great store!!!
