Pizza Hut Restaurants
It was fairly simple to order and pay for the buffet online. My children ate the amount of pizza with the amount of variety they wanted. They also had 2 drinks and enjoyed a small amount of salad, which was great to see. They wouldn't have enjoyed a set meal as much as they did the buffet. The only downside was our table didn't have any cutlery for the salad so I had to pinch some from another table where the previous diners didn't use it.

Came there with family for dinner on 18 August. Worst pizza we tried - you literally eat dough and hardly taste anything else. I think it's worse than Tesco or Coop pizza. Dirty floors, tables and cutlery!! Toilets were disgusting and reminded night clubs rather than family restaurant's facilities. Unbelievable to be honest. Staff tried to be helpful, but couldn't help our experience to get better. Need a new manager, who actually will take care of the place. Never again.

Unfortunately I can’t set food to 0 stars.Well, let’s go: Staff was very friendly, not a problem. The place offers free parking lot which is also good.The food is not as expected. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the ad says “with lots of pepperoni”, but it is not true at all. 27 pounds the pizza when I could have bought a 8 pounds pepperoni pizza at Dominos which is far better than this one, with honest amount of pepperoni.Pizza Hut will never see a cent of my money. There is no sense on going to this place.

Unlimited ice cream is great. Of course pizza is good as well. Tried the buffet today and I liked it because I can have different pizzas instead of one.

Food was good and what I expect from pizza hut. The young lady serving us was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The buffet area was still covered in food even though it was finished and cleared away, the floor was pretty dirty too, as was the ice cream factory area.

Easy to use ordering. Short of staff though. Salad bar needed filling up more regularly. Several drinks choices in drinks machine not available. Menu scribbled all over. Overall place in need of a coat of paint and some maintenance. Could also do with checking dishwasher is working efficiently as some cutlery not clean

Probably understaffed, but tables and cutlery not as clean as they should be. One pizza had a hair on it, the other had extra chillies, I could see them but they had no heat at all. The staff were great but soooo busy. Not great value, over £40 for 2 pizzas and 2 fruit juices.

Very very disappointed with how services have changed post covid. Waiter asked to wait and check for table for us if there was any when there were many available. Card and QR code ordering only strictly. Salad bat extremely poorly maintained. Now don't let me get started on portion sizes. There is individual and share option ONLY and no HALF HALF available. The individual size is absolutely pathetic for £16+ and £24+ for sharing. The only thing that help us recover from this poor visit is that our son was able to eat quite a bit in his £7 monster meal deal. Pizza crust is at least 1.5 to 2 inch of nothing but dough, even on the small kids pizza. It was absolutely a joke and absurd to even think to want to attend pizza Hut in person. Stick to ordering everyone from the place that you know of that don't rip off in price. Shameful experience.

The service here was absolutely first rate. I can't praise the waiter enough. Pizza, salad bar were excellent too. 5 star!
