Halfords - Orchard Retail Park (Coventry)

Would of give 0 if had chance, Purchased Polisher on line for collection, was ready at till in selected store with security wire and tsg attached, got it home opened it later same day as collection to find it already has been used, not in its plastic bag, both attachments Dirty and damp, plug cover loose and cable/plug twist tie loose in box too, Bought this as a New item/product not Second Hand how does this happen.im nit sure if it even works as don't want to plug it in to check as it's used goods. Contacted Halfords CS waiting reply!!!!

Last iweek l ivisited your store to purchase a headlight for my car, and paid for it to be fitted . The person who fitted the bulb didn't seem to know what he was doing, and in-between returning to the store to serve customers several times whilst still attempting to fit the bulb, he was struggling to fit it. Eventually, using brute force, he told me that he had done it and walked away without checking it was okay. I checked and found it was still not working and called him back. He just shrugged and said that it must be the wiring and that I should go to the Foleshill Road store on the other side of town because they weren't equipped to do it. I had lost all confidence with Halfords, so I booked it in to my local garage, and they checked the wiring and on finding it was alright they found that the fitting was a bodged job and fitted incorrectly. Instead of it costing me £15 I have now paid over £80 because the job wasn't done properly in the first place I am telling everyone I know not to go to Halfords It is a disgrace

Ordered a bike for my son for Christmas from orchard retail park store. Paid the amount plus assembly fee upfront in full to arrive to collect it to see its not built and then just as leaving the store told I still owe money on it. Manager stood on said bike (that I'd paid for in full) to stop me. Showed all the workers and manager my receipts and bank statements to prove it had been paid but they still insisted it hadn't and full amount wasn't received. Finally offered a refund for FULL amount.... how does this even make sense!?! Very bad customer service

Non trained monkeys could run this place better. Actually no, my Goldfish could. First of all I got sold the incorrect part, which if I had not done my own research, would of eventually caused catastrophic failure to my car. The worst part was, that the Halfords employee was certain it was correct even though on Halfords website it says 'not compatible with this car' !!! I was also left to stand around for 30 minutes while the baboons ran their circus. The management should be shocked and ashamed at employing non competent people and not training them. I highly recommend and suggest you take your money and time elsewhere. Utter useless.

Went to Halfords to get a replacement car headlamp bulb, great stock, friendly staff, reasonable prices for the product we bought. Fitting service was great! Staff knew what they were doing, very professional and delivered a fantastic service. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a new headlight bulb.

Never experienced such horrendous customer service in my life. On Sunday my husband went to collect a bike from store that we had purchased on line. We had booked an appointment for 10am. We don't own a car and it took my husband 45 mins to walk to the store. When he arrived the store was closed due to a power failure and staff were at the door with no clue or what was happening. Things like this happen out of the blue so my husband went to a nearby cafe and waited an hour or so. Needless to say my husband didn't get his bike on Sunday and store advised him to return on Monday which he did, store still closed, no apology made. Husband was advised store would call him when he could collect his bike. Its now Friday, we still don't have a bike, no contact from the store. Customer service apologised and said they'd look into it but that was on Monday. We just want to collect the bike we have paid for! To add insult to injury, this morning we've had an email thanking us for visiting the store and a receipt for the bike and service that we haven't had yet. Shocking service from the store, no communication, no apology. Customer Service haven't done anything to help yet or reassured/advised us on if/when we will have our bike. Seem happy to take your moneybut then not in arush to resolve your problems. Shocking!!!

Staff were helpful and efficient, finding the right part and fitting it in a short time.Excellent service.

The experience myself and partner received instore tonight was the worst I have ever had the customer service was shockingly appalling, considering you close at 8pm and I was instore at 6:30pm was told with an attitude by the girl on the till it was too late come back another day once I had told her I wanted to buy a bike for my son then followed by not enough staff, yet her an an Asian member off staff with glasses were standing behind the till laughing. I will not buy from Halfords again and staff need training with customer engagement.

Employee (she) sold the wrong battery to my car and signed me up to motor home membership which was completely irrelevant to what I was buying or doing. Nice one mate.
