Peter and his team catered for us during a recent shooting trip. Even though we were in a lodge in the middle of nowhere we dined like royalty! From the first night's treat of roasted Scottish sirloin with all the trimmings, to the hearty breakfasts and tasty packed lunches, every course we ate was absolutely delicious. Thanks for making it such an enjoyable week.
