HEALAX Salt Caves

My friend and I visited here for a day of relaxation and we were very impressed. A lot of time & effort has gone into the set up of this business. The place is huge! Very deceiving from the outside! The lady working was absolutely lovely and very professional and we left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed and would recommend Helax Salt Caves to everyone!

I was told by a friend about this place and knew nothing about it. I did some research and read about all the positive healing that can be had from a salt experience. So I tried it and really liked it.The benefits are so many...“Dry salt therapy, or halotherapy, is a holistic, drug free, natural therapy using micro particles of salt to promote better breathing, healthier skin, sounder sleep, improved physical fitness and endurance and overall wellness. Dry salt therapy also helps to alleviate symptoms of many respiratory and skin conditions.”I actually had to find the right words to describe the experience and copied the words above. It made me very tired after going in the salt tub..When I arrived home I felt totally drained and sleepy. But the next day felt really energised. I enjoyed it very much as it was so natural. I will definitely go again and think that it will be very popular in the near future to go on a regular basis.

Different! The lady running it was helpful and pleasant, checking on us several times.Salt cave areas NEED to have loungers! Upright chairs are not conducive to relaxation. Would be useful to advise clients to bring a blanket and pillow as it felt rather cool to start with.Jacuzzi was lovely, very warm and large. Cushioned headrest would improve the comfort.

Lady there very helpful and friendly. Hot tub is amazing, salt rooms are very relaxing.price is very good. Will definitely go again.

I am enjoying the salty water jacuzzi by a month now. Apart the lovely relaxing time that i have enjoyed at all the times, my breathing starts getting better. I wasn't confident on the first place in salt's benefits. I am definitely confident now.

URGGGHHH! !This was a VERY bad experience. Dirty, smelly, scruffy. Just wanted to get home and have a good wash. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone that I liked.

Very welcoming helpful staff. Fascinating decor with all the salt rocks on the walls and floor. Ended up just being myself and my girlfriend alone. Got to choose our own music too. We will definitely be booking a big group session. Felt extremely relaxed after, just what we needed!

A lovely relaxing couple hours. The hostess was very friendly and help. Only is that the changing were not separate. I would definitely go again!
