Lovely place very clean lovely hosts .BUT in the middle of an industrial estate. Very noisy generator going all night and flashing lights not good did not sleep well. so sorry as the hosts are really lovely answer where so clean and food very good

What a place, great location to Poole with wonderful hospitality. See someone said about lights and a generator. Not sure where they was staying but wasn't here. Very quite not even road noise. Can't fault it at all and will be visiting again. Absolutely first class accommodation.

Hosts Janet and Peter are absolutely amazing, so friendly and generous. Lovely room and immaculately clean with fresh flowers. Bathroom had everything you might need including makeup removing towels. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The location was fantastic for everywhere we wanted to visit- Lulworth Cove, Castle and Swanage Railway. Highly recommended

If there is a place to stay in Poole this is it ! The owners go above and beyond. The most loveliest couple that have thought of everything to make your stay well beyond expectations. Clean, comfy, and most welcome I have ever stayed. I will definitely be going back.
