Manor Gate Residence

We arrived at the Cottage and found it in immaculate condition with fresh modern decor. It had all the amenities we needed. A lovely bathroom, well thought out kitchen and comfortable beds. The location is absolutely amazing it is 1 minute from the beach front. It is on the ground floor and has parking. Both we and our kids had a fantastic time.

We are returning guests of both the Manor and Cottage having been there for a long weekend during Winter break, this time we stayed for almost a week and had the best time. The kids were delighted with the astroturf garden where they could have a kick about when the rain held off and the adults were extremely comfortable too. The house was spotless when we arrived, there were plenty of fresh towels, great smelling linen and loads of extra pillows to suit everyones level of comfortable. I for one havent slept so well in a long time! Beds are really comfy too. There is off-street parking for 6 or 7 cars and the location is perfect, 7 mins walk down the famous Toft zigzag to the beach (for long walks as it wasn’t really beach weather), starbucks and costa must have coffee within 8-10 mins walking distance and Asda supermarket too. TV with ready to use Netflix and Prime located in living areas of both cottage and manor and in all we had a great time. Raphael is an awesome host who is always available on the phone pr via whatsapp and we look forward to our next stay at Manor Gate Residence! 10/10 on all fronts!

The Manor Gate Residence was absolutely fantastic - we stayed in the 5 bedroom house; we had a wonderful timethe house is in an amazing location just a short walk to the beach - the house was immaculate. Everything was perfect - space to park cars and the garden was an added bonus as the weather was unbelievable when we were in BournemouthRaphael was an amazing host and helped us make the stay very comfortable - he has thought of everything!!I would totally recommend to others- spacious bright airy - we were 16 people (included baby and toddler) but was plenty of spaceWe are looking forward to booking our next trip and if this is available - we would be delighted to come back and stay here againThanks so much Raphael

We had a lovely stay at Manor gate residence as a party of 12. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious. The best feature was being only a 5 minute walk to the seafront. I would highly recommend.

It's a small but beautiful place, very clean and well looked after. Would definitely take it again and would highly recommend it.

Thank you being being so helpful and a truly super host!The Manor house is in top notch condition and very clean throughout. we could see that every detail has been thought through to ensure people enjoy their stay.The passageway right next to the property leads directly to the zig zag down to the beach and we enjoyed the very close proximity as a bonus!With a group of students we didn't have any complaints until it was time to leave and we unanimously wanted to stay!

We stayed here as a family group of 3 couples with 5 young children. The accommodation was very clean and perfectly suited to our requirements, with very decent sized bedrooms and communal areas and a safe and secure garden area for the little ones. Excellently located for the beach and easy access to local amenities a short car ride away.

Me and my partner stayed at the cottage for 2 months between moving house. We had a wonderful stay. The cottage has modern lux decor throughout, with well thought out features and up to date technology. It was extremely clean and we had everything we could need for our stay. The service was great - Raphael the landlord was lovely, really helpful and easily contactable in the event of any issues, and even gave us some ideas of day trips around the local area (as we are not from Bournemouth).The actual location is perfect - not even 1 minute walk to the top of Toft zigzag with amazing views and easy access to the beach, and then a 15 minute walk along the beach to Bournemouth pier. Perfect for popping out to dinner then strolling home, and great for days at the beach.There is a corner shop about 2 minutes drive away, and larger supermarkets 5 minutes away, as well as Bournemouth train station a 20 minute walk away. The cottage has parking directly outside, within gates so felt very secure and a nice area.Overall we had a fabulous stay and are hoping to revisit for a holiday next year!
