I am currently undergoing implant surgery and it is going really well. The dentist is excellent really puts you at ease. The Staff are polite and the surgery is undergoing a complete revamp with all new high tech equipment.So far excellent service.Will post again when all finished.

Couldn’t be happier with Dr Rachidi and his team! He fully explained each step and there weren’t any hidden costs. He listened to all my concerns - I was frightened of ending up with unnatural ‘Turkey-Teeth” but I was shown what my teeth would like after treatment- both with and without gummy smile surgery. I had the gummy smile surgery Dr Rachidi recommended and I’m so glad I did. I also had a couple of weeks after the veneers were installed to get used to them and then we made them a little smaller because that was my preference and now they are perfect. I get so many compliments on them and I can’t stop smiling. I’m so happy with how natural they look and how my preferences were considered. A shining example of patient centred service!

Most arrogant staff I have seen in my life they are just after money that's it........ Will never advice anyone to book over there if you get an accident and u reach there somehow they will be rude to u and will be after ur money that's it...

A friendly and calm dental surgery. I had an extraction which was pain free and over in minutes. The dentist gave me great aftercare advice and made sure I was safe to leave. Excellent service.

Best dentist by far! Used to be terrified of the dentist until I started my dental treatment with Synergy. Very clean, efficient and talks you through everything before during and after your treatment. Would definitely recommend!

Synergy cant keep an appointment. I've had 3 and you've changed them all. Text confirmation is non existent.(Just because you have sent it doesnt mean I got it.)Today I turn up on time and they make me wait 10 minutes until I'm seen. This cost 80 quid, more than double the dentist previous.You also state in your cancellation policy that I'd be charge £1 per minute for being late, so therefore I expect a part refund next time I'm in.(No refund, no compensation,)The dentist hasnt been refurbished, it's under going a refurbishment, slight fire hazard.
