Liz was incredibly helpful and kind. She was very clear in her questioning style which was brilliant for my autistic son. Liz had many suggestions of ways that my son could be supported which neither of us had thought of.Liz offered breaks and accommodations should they be needed during the appointment. I was very nervous but Liz made sure the assessment was inclusive and empowering. Their knowledge of Austistic and neurodiverse conditions, mental health and physical/ mobility conditions such as ehlers danlos, fibromyalgia and hemiplegia was great. Liz was able to accurately anticipate my needs and demonstrate software that will really support me. Liz was patient and supportive as I explored the options and asked many questions. I feel really hopeful that my studies will be a success and that I will be able to achieve my best possible outcomes now. Thanks so much.
