First class service from purchase to installation. Naomi was so helpful throughout the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. Neil and the team delivered and installed the Hydro 5 as soon as it arrived with Pool Spas. We have enjoyed the last 4 weeks using the hot tub. Excellent, prompt service from Neil when we encountered a minor glitch with the Hot tub.

We recently bought a hottub with Pool Spas and the service was excellent, from initial contact to advice about models, delivery and installation, all responses were quick, informative and very helpful (they even assisted liaising with our electrician about requirements). The delivery and installation were quick and straight forward and took place ahead of schedule. All aftersales queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The hottub is excellent and we would highly recommend them, excellent service and friendly staff all round.

Ordered a Platinum Spa hot tub during the summer, the guys came out and carried a site survey to ensure the tub would fit where I wanted it to go. Naomi advised of a long lead time due to the lockdown. I was happy to proceed and was updated throughout. I used Chris Anderson for the hard wire installation as recommended by Pool-Spas and he did an excellent job. Delivery and installation was made to look very straight forward and the crane lift organised by Pool-Spa was vary professional. Would highly recommend Pool-Spas, I did extensive research on the type of Hot Tub I wanted and which company I wanted to use. Extremely happy that I went with Pool-Spas.

Top notch service! I was kept updated with the order progress and the spa was delivered yesterday. The team talked me through all the details about the spa and its maintenance and even stayed over at a local hotel so that they could check all was fine this morning - once it was full and up to temperature!

I paid for a hot tub via pay pal on the 17th April 2020. The payment immediately left my bank however the store had issues removing the money at there end resulting in me waiting 6 weeks for a delivery date.While speaking to the office I was advised that my tub would be delivered too my home address and several people will be at hand to move the tub around the back of my property and put it into place. The lady I was dealing with advised me I would need approximately 1 Meter gap to get this through with no problems. She knew the tub I was ordering and she new the size of this but still advised me that this would be the process.After waiting 6 weeks for my tub, the day before I receive an email from the lady advising me that the tub would have to be lifted in via a Crane costing an additional £350!This was not acceptable and at such short notice I was unable to afford.My whole family had been looking forward for this to arrive and the day before I had to tell them all we were no longer getting it.Maybe you should do a site survey before taking payment to ensure the tub will be able to fit in the property and the correct quote is given.Such a let down and I am very disappointed.For this reason I would not recommend.I requested a refund this was done immediately and the money was returned within 1 day.The search continues

Pools spas hartlepool,we bought the ambleside hot tub from pool spas,Naomi helped us find the right one for us she was very helpfull, emailing us and keeping us up to date when our order was coming & delivery date,the service was excellent, dean came for a survey for getting hot tub to the rear garden, on delivery day dean ,taffy and the boss came, they worked very hard, & set it up in our gazebo.i cant fault dean and taffy there were here a couple of hours, filling and setting it all up and explaining everything to us,we also got free steps & starter kit & delivery, and cover, dean & taffy even came back the next day to check every thing was ok,i can`t recommend them enough,Best place to go for hot tubs.Mr & Mrs Watson.

We decided to get a hot tub at the same time as the rest of the UK unfortunately!! This meant that every spa we tried to buy from anyone had long lead times, however, most people didn’t tell us at the beginning of the conversation and we almost paid before being told it would be 4 months. It was a very different story with Pool-Spas. Naomi was very clear immediately that there were lengthy lead times on most models and explained why including the manufacturing process. It was very obvious that this was a company that knew their products and manufacturers very well. We selected the model we wanted (Passion Spa Happy) in the finish that was available soonest and were advised it would be available for delivery in a few weeks . Naomi contacted me a couple of days later with the news that the manufacturer no longer had any of that style available in that timeframe so we changed to a different finish. The communication throughout was very professional, pleasant and I truly felt like my business mattered to both Naomi and Neil personally. Even when things went awry due to the manufacturer Naomi herself felt the disappointment as much as I did. There was a slight additional delay on delivery due to earlier explained circumstances but the hot tub arrived on the day and date arranged. 3 men manoeuvred it to our preferred position and very quickly set it up and explained the basics. They were very chatty and lovely fellas who ensured everything was perfect and they also tidied up all the packaging and removed it. The following morning they returned to double check everything and go through all the features and instructions. We could not have asked for a better service and are over the moon with our hot tub. Would highly recommend (and already have!!) well done to you all!!
