We recently contacted Pro Heat to install a new boiler for us as our boiler was very old and had seen better days. The process was smooth and although the boiler was located in a tricky area of the home this wasn’t a problem at all. Matt arrived at our property very prompt and worked solid for near 12 hours to ensure that he left with everything up and running. Couldn’t fault his work ethic! Would highly recommend!

Excellent service in all respects. Would not hesitate to recommend Matt for your plumbing and heating. Matt recently refitted our house, installing a new heating system, bathroom and kitchens. I don't normally bother with feedback like this, however.I really needed to share my experience with proheat.Matt and Andy we the consummate professionals from start to finish.Nothing was too much for them, Excellent communication from quote to the finish of the job.They transformed my downstairs bathroom into something you'd see in a posh hotel.I can say whole heartedly, without fear of contradiction, these guys are top drawer.Like really good tradesmen, you might have to wait for their services, but I assure you they are worth the wait.Thank you lads.

Very impressed with Proheat. Our boiler stopped working & after seeing the great reviews I contacted Matt. He’s a great guy & truly genuine. Matt located the problem & gave us the options of repair or to have a new boiler & the price of both options. As our boiler was old we decided to have a new boiler installed. When the work was done we were extremely pleased & Matt cleared up after the work & went through the workings of the boiler control panel. Proheat also offer a interest free loan to cover the cost.

Matt recently has replaced our bath with a shower unit and has done a lovely job. Him and David are meticulous, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.Above all Matt attended when he said he would for a quote and offered good advice. He gave us a date and finished the job on time.We are pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
