Used company in the past and they installed a shutter that did not comply with current regulations. Had another local company come out to repair the whole shutter. Today they’ve sent me an email saying I must use them to fix the shutter! This all done without my consent and in breach of GDPR - very shoddy company.

Excellent service! I ordered a roller shutter door on April 5 for us to install ourselves before the end of the month, so I was concerned that the quoted lead time of 10 - 14 days would be a bit tight, considering it was approaching Easter. However, the door duly arrived within just three working days, taking a lot of pressure off us. We have purchased Britannia roller shutters before; these are proper commercial grade doors, well made and easy to use. Thoroughly recommended.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are inefficient rip off artists. I arranged for an engineer to come out and fix a security blind. He got delayed but nobody told me. I arranged a second visit. The engineer didn't come and nobody in the office knew what was going on. I arranged a third and the job was done. I had been told it would cost about £650 but the final bill was over £1,000. Do not believe a world these people tell you. Get a quote from somebody else and steer well clear.

Got my Anthracite shutter installed on my garage this week, just got to put on some fascia to cover the side parts etc and i'm going to add a u channel into the concrete for the lathe to slot into when closed. Noone will be getting in there after that.Installation was alot easier than the one a did many years ago because the side runners are seperate from the frame (install frame, install lathes, install runners). The electrics and setting the up and down limits we're a breeze too.Good quality shutters!

Excellent roller shutters, very good value and the after sales assistance and technical help regarding installation was very efficient and helpful. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t give this service or the wonderful staff anything other than 5 stars. They provided a truly exceptional service and we are totally in love with our new shutters. The guys fitted them so quickly and efficiently, and with a smile on their faces! Would absolutely recommend Britannia Security and will be using them again!!!!!

Very very poor customer service. Not only was the grill heavily overpriced, but the grill was not correct. This company tried to put the onus on me when actually I had called them to double check before I ordered. They don't send any drawings or confirmation, they don't use common sense, they shout you down on the phone when you call to try and discuss it with them and then try and make you think they are doing you a favour for a reduced rate of £600 for a replacement (original cost £770) Delivery is extortionate, at £280 (yes you read that right!!) so all in all, for a grill that is only 1760mm x 1090mm it has cost over £1000 and is absolutely useless. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DON'T BE DECIEVED BY THE GLOSSY WEBSITEUPDATE - I DID NOT ENTER THE DETAILS INCORRECTLY - the sales advisor talked me through the whole process in the first instance and CHECKED MY ORDER whilst I was on the phone. The response below, whilst it may seem calm and measured, is not how they treated me on the phone. I asked 3 times for a solutions. The only one they could come back with was a reduced" offer of £600 after raising his voice and shouting at me. They have since decided to review MY business when they have never used my services. Shows just how unprofessional they really are."

Fantastic service, extremely prompt. Repaired one of our shutters within about five minutes. The team sent was excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
