Wow, you made the move so easy. Turned up when promised, polite and efficient. Coped with the 3 flights of stairs and were still smiling at the end. Then transported our belongs to storage in Somerset all done by the afternoon.Also great service by the office organising our on off move and changing details when needed to fit with the difficult sale of our property. Thank you so much.

I found WE MOVE HOMES via an internet search when looking for a reliable moving company who can assist with some of our most vulnerable members of society. The communication, help, assistance and deep rooted genuine empathy and willingness to go the extra mile was phenomenal. Even when other contractors had let us down, WE MOVE HOMES, swiftly picked up and helped to turn a negative experience into a positive experience. Great communication before the move date. Our movers turned up in good time and worked quickly and efficiently to move us out of the old home and in to the new one. Would recommend.

Fantastic movers. I was moving from Welwyn to Leeds. They turned up right on time at 7am, took down my wardrobes & bed, carefully wrapped and loaded everything up and then got it all in my storage unit in Leeds. They were super friendly and helpful throughout. Couldn't recommend them enough! Thanks!!

Great service from start to finish! Great communication from Ketz leading up to the move day. Ketz was very patient and understanding whilst we had to wait for our exchange date. The team on the day were great guys who were very friendly, quick and efficient in helping us move. Can't thank them all enough for the stress free move!

Do not use WE MOVE HOMES ! Owner is KETZ.They are the most unprofessional company I've ever come across, completely ripped me off and left me stranded after dumping one load off at my new property, they refused to go back and get half of my house including sofas, mattresses, tvs, all garden furniture, and a whole summer house full of my belongings. All the really heavy stuff!After the driver told me I had to pay more I called the owner many times as we had previously spoken MANY TIMES regarding the quote and he assured me the lorry he would be sending would definitely accommodate the contents of my house. I was super organised and packed propely and I did not have even half the belongings the other incoming tenant had so most certainly didn't expect a service like this for what should have been a really simple smooth move.He refused to pick up the phone to me after 7 calls. I asked the driver to call him and he answered straight away! So he left his driver to demand extra money rather than speak to me directly!I was asked to pay £575 in CASH before they unloaded my belongings. I stupidly paid due to it being really hectic, it was then I was told unless I paid another £150 they wouldn't be able to go back and get all my huge furniture! I was tricked.I'd left my mum at my property but they never returned. The house move was just a few roads away.So as a busy mum of 3 children I was left seriously panicking as half our house was left behind with the new tenants due to my property at the same time. It was utter chaos.In the end the incoming tenant let me use their lorry and me and my sister loaded it up with help from their removal company. Completely shambolic. Us trying to load sofas and mattresses and huge heavy furniture.The owner kept talking about a clause to pay another £150 and refused to accept the quote he'd given me, I'd even spoken to him the day before for reassurance he would be sending a big enough lorry. He sent a luton van!I have emails and also messages to prove this quote and reassurance a second run would not be needed.Fully took advantage of a female. Do not use them. Do not be fooled by the reviews like I was, he must have bought these reviews. The driver told me he was only given the job the night before and this was a regular issue with people given quotes and then being charged more. I was also told if they went back to my property to do the second load Ketz told them they would be sacked on the day.Unfortunately I just didn't have the extra £150 on the day, he told me to borrow it from a family member. It felt like they were bailifs!After trying to resolve this for ages over the phone with Ketz I had to hang up due to him shouting down the phone. I even offered for him to come back on Wednesday to get the extra £150 once I'd been paid but he refused.This happened over the Bank Holiday weekend.Lesson learned never to pay until the job is done and never ever use WE MOVE HOMES.Not even for a really local move just a few streets away. They made the whole moving experience so much harder than it already is!On reflection I realised they didn't even give me a receipt, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

We Move Homes were very responsive. Arrived punctually to load my possessions, furniture etc on the lorry. Arrived at my new home in good time and unloaded and positioned everything in rooms as requested. Very personable team of staff . Very good value.

Ketz and his team were outstanding for our recent move. We had an issue on our moving day due to the previous owner not being out the house on the agreed upon time and Ketz and the team went above and beyond expectations for help. Would easily recommend their company and will use again when needed.

We were let down by a company on the Monday and were moving on the Wednesday, phoned and spoke to Ketz nothing was to much trouble they moved us from Barnet to Norfolk on the Wednesday. Absolutely brilliant, highly recommended this company.
