I came in to get my cracked screen repaired and they were amazing help and very quick service. They explained everything and called for when I could collect it. In the lead up to dropping my phone off they were great with communicating via email to talk through what they would do and answering my questions.

Enquired about pricing this afternoon and had a prompt response. My phone camera was in and fixed within the hour and even purchased a new durable case to stop any future damage. Highly recommend, friendly professional guys

Brilliant service both times I have used them . Jags was very efficient and speedy.

The service ( a screen replacement) was mostly good.The phone was repaired in good time. And the guys behind the counter were friendly enough.My one gripe was; the phone was old and had some rear internal body fade (you could see through the back glass. From heat to replace the screen previouslyWhen I got the phone back, this was even worse.Had the gentleman explained that this was going to happen, I wouldn't have made such a fuss.But, I insisted they fix it for free as the phone was returned to me in a terrible condition. Not really their fault. But they simply failed to mention it to me.Other than that the phone, excluding the sides, top and bottom, was like new.So you can expect a good job however be aware of any potential issues.You could say it was just poor communication on their part, or a sub par explanation of what the repair entailed.I'd still recommend them though.They got the job done. And I'd probably go back there.

Great service! My old phone had an issue which couldn't be fixed.. The guy in store helped me pick a new phone and was able to transfer my data over for me. Highly recommended to anyone who is not so techie like me. Thanks a lot!

Amazing service from these guys. My son smashed is iPad screen so we popped into the shop on Saturday afternoon and explained that we needed it back asap as we are going on holiday. I was surprised to get a call today (Monday) telling me to come and collect it from the shop as it’s ready! Excellent customer service the iPad looks brand new and they fitted a glass protection screen for me for extra protection.Thanks to Mitchell the tech guy for turning this around so quickly and the guys in the shop for their wonderful customer service!

Absolutely amazing service at this shop. All the staff are so experienced at what they do. I have had 3 glass screen changes at this shop (decreasing in price each time). I have had a i-phone 11 refurbished and set up with data transfer done within a day - and it was done in March 2022 at a price given to me in December 2021 which was very honourable of them. I had my new phone set up with data transfer including security apps and new accessories for a VERY reasonable price. I would recommend this shop very highly. In fact my sister has just taken her new phone to them for data transfer and had her old one set up with parental controls and appropriate apps also for her daughter to use - she was also thrilled with the service and on-going after-care that she has received. Such a magnificent job and so great to have such a trustworthy company local to us - along with their expert and honest staff! They will always try to give you the best options and price. I thoroughly recommend!
