It was a Christmas special. 3 courses and a turn. Great food, great host in Gordon, as always and super staff. A great night out!

The new look pub is lovely, more choice of drinks and more TV's allow for multiple channels, the new opening times accommodate for a new food menu and more family friendly. We turned up to try food at 6 one day to find the menu was 12-5 which I was not aware of (bar Thursdays which is 3-8pm) however been back a few times and the food has been exceptional. We will be back for more!

Had a beef sundays dinner today at the mallard and it was exceptional.Really high quality meat. Huge fluffy pudding and perfectly cooked potatoes and veg. The gravy was full of flavour.The staff are always wonderful and friendly.It's a very comfortable.place to relax as its recently been through a massive renovation.Would highly recommend.

Booked for tea, food was lovely and plenty on the plates, staff was very pleasant and helpful, would highly recommend, and return.

Great pub and great service for special events. Very tidy. A great choice of food at the buffet. Would definitely recommend this place.
