Since owners changed hands some months ago, this service has been excellent! The manager, Travis, makes customers feel very valued. He is extremely welcoming and has great communication skills. Apart from the customer service, the actual service of cleaning the car has also massively improved under Travis' management. I now frequently go to Waves on Napier road because I get value for money - thorough cleaning of the car inside and out and superb customer service that makes you feel highly valued and respected.

From the moment I arrived i had Travis approach me without any delay. As I hadn't been to this car wash I wasn't sure what I need and he explained everything in detail so I could make the best choice. They got my entire car immaculate inside and out for a good price. I went back to him the next day for my headlights to be done and again done another stunning job and persisted in making sure the car was again immaculate before I drove it away. I believe it is under new management and these guys are really doing a good job compared to the ones at the 'Hills Meadow Car wash'. Professional, friendly staff. The manager was especially knowledgeable and friendly. The car was cleaned thoroughly, and they also gave a complimentary wax spray for the car. Overall a happy customer and will come back again!

Recently I took my car here, which I understand is under new management. It was returned to me with an immaculate wax coat, making the paint look brand new - I was extremely impressed. I had a chance to meet the team, they proved to be a very polite and friendly and expertly explained their price list and all the available options. Based on this experience and great result, it’s the only place I’ll be going for car cleaning in the future!

Use this service very frequently for an exterior wash. The wash is very thorough and carried out with care. The franchise owners are always welcoming and polite. The team members always do a good job.
