Purchased a Vaquita and needed some troubleshooting in regards to safety features kicking in.Emailed the team and the response was very quick and swift.I understand these guys work in a small team to manage the entire business and was incredibly impressed by the response time on top of all their other BAU workload.Massive thanks to Steve and Kevin for sorting my issue and also Chris for providing me with advice prior to buying it.When I’m out on the water so many people ask how I’m travelling at the speed of light on a SUP and also ensure I promote this business as and when I can, as not many people know about ePropulsion and their products.

Had to have my battery connector repaired on my Epropulsion spirit 1 outboard which was damaged on a family holidayThis was quickly and conveniently arranged, outboard sent to Kevin at the Hamble workshop and was sent back to me repaired within a week .Excellent service thank you

We had problems with the electronics in our Navy Evo 6.0 so we sent it down to after care manager, Kevin, at ePropulsion UK who couldn't have been more helpful. Super-fast turnaround and a new motor supplied under warranty within a couple of weeks. Great service!

My Spirit 1 Plus outboard spent some time under water. Seawater got into the display/controller on the tiller (I think it should be fully waterproof but it isn't). ePropulsion were very helpful and supplied a replacement display circuit board promptly. It's refreshing to be able to buy a part like this. Too often we are told that tech kit is not repairable, when it plainly should be.

Efficient and straight forward warranty repair on my Spirit 1.0.

I experienced some snags with the display for my EPropulsion 3kw pod and Kevin McEntee, the AfterCare manager for EProp UK, could not have been more helpful. He was very accessible and spared no effort to sort out my problems, one of which was operator error (i.e. me!) and the other required a swap of the display unit, which was facilitated quickly and efficiently. Great customer service and a great product
