Unfortunately no option for 0 star AVOIDJust been through self service checkout PAIDOn leaving VERY aggressive security guard block my path and asked if I had anything on me total confusedHe was very rude aggressive intimidating and tbh nastyDidn’t introduce himself ask if I’d paid for my stuff just have I got anything on meTotally intimidated and confused upon asking him what an earth he was on aboutHe said apparently I’d walked through till and not paidIn shock I got my phone and showed in banking appHe didn’t even check the amount with what I had in my bag didn’t even look in my bagThen said I could leave no apology nothingRung up and complained today and this is even worse the manager said they had numerous complaints about his conduct and attitude and would have a wordShocking that they know this yet do nothing about itThur 19th oct 8.30ish pm

Best selection locally of gluten-free/lactose-free products. I'm intolerant of both and find it quite difficult to vary my diet. Many products are either/or not both!! The staff I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful. Scan and go is great! Positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Awful experience, I put a bottle of gin back on the shelf as it’s not the one I wanted carried on shopping to be confronted by a security guard stating where the gin had gone with attitude and was confused on why I put it back I assumed he thought I had stolen something. he then followed me all round the whole shop felt very uncomfortable and it was very unprofessional and stereotypical as I’m a young adult

This was a massive supermarket to visit, where I bought a yummy cheese twist for a cheap price of 65p from the bakery! The store has large signs for all of the areas, including its aisles that have all of the products well-organized. I found the self-service checkout easy to use and the area as a whole pleasant, where cleanliness had been maintained.

Two disappointments on this morning's visit: fruit and vegetables are poorly looked after. I picked up four pieces of cucumber before I found one that wasn't turning to mush. The loose carrots were shrivelled and predominantly in bits. Red onions looked anything but fresh. I could go on ...At the self-service tills, red light came on, no one came to attend as all three were engaged in conversations. No apologies tended when one eventually arrived.What do you think you offer over your rivals?

Click and Collect-There’s always stuff damaged, things unavailable and rubbish dates. I handed back a damaged garlic bread and 2 lots of prepared fruit that went off tomorrow that was unacceptable. I ended up parking up in a space and went in to Asda myself to get the things they say weren’t available and surprise surprise most of the items were there on the shop floor. I also picked up the garlic bread and some fruit and I found a much better date. Won’t be doing it again and won’t get home delivery either. Do better Asda Lancaster.

Absolute disgrace to ASDA, nice shop absolutely terrible cafe. Virtually no food available and menu continually says sold out although they sell the food in the shop.Cafe virtually empty as no one one bothers going anymore.Had a garlic bread but was still frozen in the middle. The Management should be ashamed of themselves for letting it get into such a disgusting state!

Went and done my shopping thismorning to find a packet of macain paprika fries in the fresh aisle out of date by 5 days ! Dated 21st November when this was voiced to a member of staff who rechecked the date put them back and said I will notify someone whom then the person they notified still left them there, I've worked with some simple staff before but surely a large company like this would make sure that ALL staff should know to remove items from sale immediately unfortunately this is not the first this has happened I'm seriously rethinking of where I should shop !

I just carnt say how bad this shop is....the shop is rammed and there's 2 check outs open!!!the manager should be ashamed.its the last place i would shop but i was working right next to it so give them another chance ......... but they failed

I was assisted by a very helpful young assistant tonight, very professional and patient with me at the self checkout. Sadly I did not get his name but I wanted to commend him as an excellent at ambassador for your store. I visited around 7.45pm on 7th Dec so I hope you can check the rota to find out who he is.
