Ordered a Delivery, wait wasn't too long but it wasn't worth the wait at all. Pizza was so salty it's inedible, More Peri Salt on Fries than Fries! Wings Rock Hard and Refried. Chicken Pieces Dehydrated amd Hard. Gravy looked like they put milk in it? Totally sub standard disgrace to a good label. Called the shop, they said redirect your complaint to Uber. They didn't cook it mate, you did! No Onus or Apology. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere or at least another branch. Freddy's M18 know how to keep customers happy or at least try to.

WILL be ordering from here again! was my 1st order, the chicken was delicious and so was the pizza - very tasty (lovely stuffed crust), cheesy fries were nice too. The delivery driver was lovely & pleasant. Accepted a replacement for cake was offeredI would rather support a small business than a big chain franchise, which is why I opted to order from here in the first place, as opposed to domino's.*UPDATE*After speaking with one of the freddys representatives I recurved a replacement of a different type of cake. Different delivery driver also very pleasant. Thank you.

Used to order from here all the time food was always nice hot and delivered quickly. Ordered tonight and wow what a total difference, food took ages to arrive, some food was barely warm and some food was burnt. Cakes were stale and tasted old. Sorry Freddy but it’s time to say goodbye.

Ordered 2 pizzas, wings and a Pepsi bottle (as a meal). Wings were all burnt. Phoned the takeaway and they said that’s how they make them (see picture) plus they said they’re spicy but weren’t spicy at all. Also, they forgot the bottle of Pepsi. All in all, pizzas were okay, wings awful and the customer service even worse. Won’t recommend!

Will never order here again the food was disgusting and I'm very disappointed. Wings were too dark and too salty and pizza was burnt burger was too dry and food wasn't fresh at all. I never order food here.

Asked and paid for spicy chicken TOWER burger, specifically checked does it come with hash brown.Got home after collecting = no hash brown. Basically just a chicken fillet burger with spicy sauce.Won't be back.

WHAT A RIP OFF PLACE THIS IS. MORE THAN HALF OF MY ORDER. WAS MISSING. THEY HAVE SAID THAT IT WAS SENT OUT FOR DELIVERY. IM NOW OUT 25POUNDS. 3 PIZZAS WERE MISSING AND A GARLIC BREAD.ALSO A LARGE CHIPS. I STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE EVER

Chicken burger was rare and really bad. I threw it away. Staff was very rude, when I complained to them they didn’t apologise. I never order anything again.
