Clare made us 2 wonderful cakes, and both tasted and looked amazing. She was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate in purchasing another cake from her in the future.

Clare made a fantastic salted caramel and chocolate cake for my wife’s birthday and it looked and tasted amazing! Clare had also previously made beautiful wedding cakes for us so we knew the brilliant quality that we would be getting, but nonetheless the cake was outstanding. Beautiful cakes, which is the most important thing but also a friendly, helpful lady!Clare, who runs the company was very accommodating and easy to talk to. We chatted and planned the cakes together. She had great ideas but wasn't pushy. She offered lots of options, including free from options like gluten free and nut free.The finished products were amazing. I had a small carrot cake (my favourite) and three flavours of cupcakes with a music themed design on each one. They tasted lovely and we're decorated beautifully. This was for my 30th birthday party and the cakes went down really well.I would highly recommend Middleton Cake Design and have done to friends in the past who have all been pleased with their cakes.
