Bubble tea are very tasty here I really like it.I recommend everyone to try once there are way to many different flavours here. i enjoyed most of flavours.Give it a go to this place if you are in metrocenter. highly recommended this

One of the shops on the mall. No seating area, just a counter. Drinks are consumed on a seat in the mall. Tea was very nice, numerous flavours and combinations. Quite expensive but worth a try. Pleasant staff.

A great selection of drinks, with many flavours to choose from.I would say it's more of a treat to go here as the drinks can be pricey.Depending on who you get, some staff can be a bit slow at serving.Overall if you are looking for a nice refreshing drink give Bubble CiTea a go!

We order two milk teas and none of them tasty right. They made the drink wrong. We order citea milk tea with less ice but it is warm when we get it. It is not even full and the taste is very bitter. Paris the supervisor refused to refund or even change the drink. For taro milk tea I order extra hot one with pearls. But it comes with no pearls and it’s not even warm or full. Paris the supervior says she cannot make it again and will not give us a refund or remake because that’s how she makes it. We end up disappointed, left the two drinks to them, and didn’t get refund as all. We paid 10 pounds for two awful drinks that we can’t even drink. Paris is very rude, and refuse to give us the phone number to complain.

I thought I'd give it a go. Service was terrible. I didn't know what I was ordering and was trying the drink for the first time. I was treated like I was stupid. The drink was horrid felt like a Gremlin was giving birth in my mouth. Hardly a drink that we should be encouraging kids to drink it. I did bounce off the walls with the sugar intake.... that was fun!!

The drinks are very tasty but they are cranky over priced. Staff don't help when the rewards system doesn't work and they don't even ask people if they have a rewards card or explain the benefits of one.There is no seating, and as it's in the middle of a busy shopping centre the atmosphere is not relaxing.If you're just in it for the flavour then definitely visit!

I ordered a matcha milk tea with lychee bubbles using oat milk. The Regular size came to about £5 overall which is a bit pricey. However it is good to have as a treat tasted lovely and it lasted me quite a while.
