They've never failed to get me what I need. Even if it isn't what I thought I needed when I went in. They know their stuff and I guess are always somewhat amused by idiot diyers like me but they always do very well to hide it.I've compared them on price a couple of times, once for skirting boards and one for general construction timber and they always come out well. Quality is always spot on as well. And they're always happy to cut it down for you.

Poor customer service will never go back, been told they wouldn't cut it to exact size, so I told him that's fine cut it in half to fit in the car he replied no we don't cut at all!
