My basin was delivered but the brackets that should have come with it were missing. This caused massive inconvenience as the plumber was unable to fit it when he arrived and wasted half a day. Rubbish company. Careless. don't buy from them.

Terrible company. They missed their delivery schedule on the pre-arranged date, promised delivery on the next day, confirmed the item was out for delivery when called in the morning and claimed it will be delivered in the afternoon, but nothing showed up and no phone calls despite them having my number and insisting the driver will call. I neither appreciate wasting two days for a delivery nor being taken for a fool. Trying to get a refund now and will update accordingly.

Ideal Bathrooms supplied goods to me on behalf of another supplier who then refused to accept them back due to their refund policy. I contacted Emma Crawford at Ideal Bathrooms and explained the situation to her. She said she would try to help and did. The goods were collected from my home and everything processed. Absolutely superb customer service and I would recommend to anyone.

Good luck at getting in the speak to anyone unless you have a direct contact number for someone. No response at the door so the job I was there to do never got done

Keep away from this company or suffer the worst customer care! I ordered a shower tray twic through a third party company and both occasions failed to even confirm delivery from the manufacturer! the shop I ordered from contacted their managers several times without success. Still waiting three weeks later ...
