Skip arrived next day which was great, price also decent for the size. however there was a few items still in the skip and the driver threw his drink bottles in there before leaving. I know there only small but when u have paid £300 for a empty skip for you to use it just seemed rather rude in my opinion. Also it was all rather rushed that it got put down on the wonk. A little communication always goes down with great customer service.

I had such a fantastic experience from this company. I had originally ordered a skip from elsewhere and was let down on the morning of delivery. On the off chance I called Norman Wenn's who arranged same day delivery for me and even went to the trouble of moving things around for me to ensure a morning delivery. My 8 yard skip arrived and put in the perfect spot on my drive. After it was fully loaded the skip was taken on day requested.Will recommend this company with high standards.

Outstanding service. I do a lot of building work and have had variable experiences of skip hire companies over the years.By chance I called Norman Wenn for a builders skip at short notice. The office staff were courteous and efficient, as were the drivers.The skip was delivered exactly on time and collected immediately after I called to request pickup.As a bonus, the hire rates were the lowest that I have seen.I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will not bother going elsewhere in future.

Skip delivery and removal - no problem, however, I am extremely disappointed in that the Driver chose to place the trucks feet on a driveway paving slab and cracked it in several places.When I called about this, I’m told that they take no liability for any driveway damage.They didn’t use the driveway when dropping off the skip but chose to use it when picking up when it’s clearly heavier!I would advise anyone using their service to check to T’s and C’s and don’t expect any assistance when something goes wrong.Again, very disappointed with your attitude and support on this Norman Wenn… it would have been pretty simple to come and replace the broken slab for 5 stars…

Ordered and paid for skip it arrived early driver was rude saying we couldn’t have skip in parking bay even though we had one last year in same place oh the rules have changed apparently so driver took skip back

Excellent. The lads delivering the skips are highly skilled, polite and customer focused. All our skips were placed exactly where we wanted them and collected promptly.The team booking the skips are brilliant too. We realised we needed another skip over the weekend and it arrived at just after 0700hrs on Monday morning. Excellent service.
