Bobbing Hill Veterinary Surgery

We were recommended Bobbing Hill Vets and now we realise why! Tim spent lots of time with us at first consultation and did an amazing dental job on our Siamese (21 teeth extracted!). Leo recovered immediately and is a different cat! Thank you so much for having us! An amazing team.

Bobbing Hill Vet is the best. I won’t be going anywhere else now. I have found the one! They have looked after my Staffy Lola for the past 4 weeks when she unfortunately got a bad eye ulcer. All the vets are great but we mainly dealt with Tim. What can I say about him. Amazing. Looked after my girl so well. Went through everything clearly what was happening to her and pricing for her op she needed. Everyone there is lovely and make such a fuss of Lola as she is a big attention seeker. Receptionist and nurses are lovely too. You are made to feel welcome straight away. The practice is always cleaning and lovely to be in. Parking is easy and free. Prices are good also. Next will be bringing in Star to be spay and even though it’s the best decision for her, I will be a mess but I know she is in safe hands.

Unfortunately we lost our little princess lottie but this practice tried everything possible to help her especially Tim who we dealt with mainly everything was explained in detail and we tried every avenue possible until we came to the decision to put her at peace. Tim made an impossible decision a little easier to make. The whole process was very dignified and although it broke our hearts felt it was the right decision. Thank you all for your support.

Best Vets Tim is very knowledgeable and patient with my nervous Bali Dog Lilly. We have gone the worst vets to the best Vets and will not be looking back. Thank you for your care and compassion

Brilliant vets!!! Answered all my questions about their pet plan and what insurance company's they recommend.. today I took THOR the puppy for his vaccinations and signed up to the pet plan and the vet we saw was fantastic and thorough (can't remember his name).. friendly, knowledgeable staff and I won't be taking thor anywhere else apart from here

An absolutely outstanding veterinary practice in all respects.The premises are absolutely lovely, with plenty of parking. The hospitality is warm and generous, with free drinks should you require one while waiting. The layout of the waiting room with calming music is well-thought out.Reception is very efficient, friendly, kind and helpful. The veterinary care is really thorough, compassionate and kind, with the emphasis of being as non-invasive as possible. They also offer a pet health club to spread the cost of routing flea, worming & vaccinations.One of my cats has been seen twice (once as an emergency) despite not being registered, as my practice was unable to offer an appointment. Thankfully I have now moved surgeries!This is the best veterinary care any of my animals have ever received over the past 30 years and I highly recommend Bobbing Hill surgery to anyone living nearby - you will not be disappointed!(PS They even emailed me a picture of my cat in recovery after her procedure which was such a lovely thing to do - see pic!)

Tim and the team have been amazing. Both before and after our Maggies (springer) operation. Fantastic aftercare and so supportive. Changed our normal vets to Bobbing Hill and so glad that we did. Great practice.

There are not enough words to express how good these vets are, they have gone above and beyond. I’m in total awe of the care and attention that they gave to our dear Willow. Our willow is a very lucky dog, to be alive but to also have a vet that went to great lengths for her. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart :)

Registered today with Bobbing Hill Vets. What an amazing experience. Family owned and run it’s a very personal feel. From the moment of arriving to leaving we were made to feel very cared for. Tim the Vet was a pleasure to have our cat seen by. He truly is the best vet by far we’ve seen over the years. Gentle caring informative and spot on with the care provided. It’s a setting that is spotlessly clean with a luxury feel. Complimentary coffee biscuits sweets water is provided if you’re waiting. The lovely nurses and receptionist were a credit. I’ll be registering my others 7 cats too !! If you’re looking for somewhere where you know your loved pets will be in safe hands and have a personal experience this is the place
