Martyn and his team fitted an intruder alarm and CCTV system in our home in 2019. They were honest, professional and did an excellent job.We invited omega back to our home in July 2022, to make some changes to our CCTV system. The work was completed to a high standard. Omega were open and honest about the most cost effective way to get the job done.I would highly recommend their service.

I’ve used Omega for a number of years, their high level of service has been the same from day one; keen to provide you with the equipment you need and not to sell you something you don’t.Imogen has just checked all of the devices, replaced batteries and even moved a sensor to provide better coverage as the room layout had changed since the last test; this was all completed as part of the annual maintenance.I’m really impressed. I used this company last year after they were recommended to me and I am so glad I did. I have had a full security alarm system installed, dummy cameras and they even set up and installed my Ring doorbell and app for me at a very competitive price! They are professional and hassle free don’t try to push sales or extras on to you…they basically give you all the information you require to make an informed decision. After a very upsetting breaking in we finally got round to decide to get a security system we were very shaken up and Omega were amazing they came over so fast and had the system in so fast, and help made us feel secure in our home. I can't thank or recommend them enough!

I called to book this company to come and fix our faulty alarm. I spoke with Martyn. He was friendly and helpful. After advising that he did not specialise in our type of alarm, he stayed on the phone anyway and resolved the issue by talking it through with me! Couldn't be happier with the work and the service provided by Omega.We got several quotes for a CCTV and 2 Zone Fire System at our warehouse development, and Omega came up very competitive. Service was great from the start. Rebecca was amazing, she was really helpful and got the engineers out super quick. Martyn was great also, not only the installation but also the advice around better security. Would highly recommend.

I recently had the Omega team round to install a CCTV camera and upgrade our current alarm system. I really felt they spent the time to understand what my needs were and how I would be using the system before providing suggested solutions and a quote. It definitely seemed they wanted me to get the best deal for me and didn’t try and add on things I didn’t need.On the day the team were extremely efficient, friendly and professional. I was really impressed with what they achieved in the time they were here.Once the install was complete they didn’t rush off they spent the time to explain the system and associated apps.I would definitely recommend Omega ...and have been already to friends and family!
