Great hotel with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Lovely room with great view of the Loch. Fab food choices in beautiful diningroom. Nice bar too. Overall great value.

A convenient stay for the ferry crossing. The entertainment was loud enough to hear word for word in your rooms two floors up and kept me from sleeping as early as I wished.The breakfast time seemed rushed. The moment you sat down, someone was asking what you wanted for the cooked part of your breakfast, not giving you time to actually read the menu. Other than that a good stay.

Been going to the North West Castle for 44 years now, at least once a year.It has recently changed hands and bought by Bespoke Hotels, I have noticed encouraging changes since the take over.Food as always is great and standards are high. Lovely staff and nothing is a problem, will probably book another few days within the month due to another lovely experience.

Just had an amazing and relaxing 2 night break at the North Castle Hotel. Rooms are spacious and spotless. We had dinner both nights in the hotel , and they were delicious. Plenty to do within the hotel, from going for a swim in the pool, working out in gym, or just chilling in the bar. Close to town centre as well, so you can travel by car and just leave it in the ample car park for the duration of your stay. But above all, all the staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Cheers folks :) ..we will definitely be back

North West Castle Hotel
Two day stay at this hotel. It is big, clean and well situated with plenty of off street parking. It is an old building that would benefit from having some money spent on it. The rooms are basic but serve their purpose. The food is very good as is the service you get from the polite staff. There is a pool, gym and an indoor curling rink for guests to enjoy. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Great find of a hotel to break our journey to Donegal. Watched the curling while having a glass of wine and snack. Good menu for dinner. Breakfast was good too.

All Staff so helpful and with a friendly smile. Food was delicious and entertainment ( dj/karaoke) an absolute bonus.Will be back and will pack my swimsuit.Curling facilities amazing and so well organised....great weekend.

The rooms are spotlessly clean. However, are quite dated - more so the bathrooms than the bedrooms themselves. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious! Great value for money. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

North West Castle Hotel
We stayed here on a trip to see South West Scotland, good choice. Big rooms, good sized bathroom, a suggestion rather than a complain is bigger tv's in the room. This is not a Premier Inn or Holiday Inn express and should be celebrated for that. Stay here if you can, this kind of hotel needs supporting.
