We visited here not for therapy but for lady's BnB she has her lovely home out on Airbnb as well as running her business from there we had lovely time too good host

Joanne is friendly, professional and the therapy does work. I've injured the top part of my right foot probably in the tendons; one fifteen minute session has alleviated the pain. I honestly think if I could afford more treatments, I would definitely have them. Recommended.

I have tried many treatment to ease the pain i had in my ankle after surgery so when i tried fat freezing i was a bit unsure but it was fantastic.i have no pain at all and i have just booked another treatment.brilliant.

Excellent treatment, had plantar fasciitis for a few years now, and can honestly say, I feel like I can finally walk without pain. Brilliant place, Jo is very friendly and will advise on what's best for you and your pain. Highly recommend.

Joanne is very knowledgeable and was happy to advise on the best course of action for my elbow tendonitis that was taking a long time to recover with physio alone. After a course of treatment, my elbow is back to around 95% in 3 weeks. Would not hesitate to use again if needed.

I have severe back pain and nerve damage to all my limbs. I have had this treatment on my back, knees and hands and i get a sports masage on my back. After first treatment i woke up the next day with no back pain, for the first time in 9 years. I will be going back for more treatment once kids back at school. Woukd highly recommend this place if you have pain.

Just had my first sports massage with Jo, and my word is she good. Came with a tightness and aching in my hip, after carrying out a range of movement assessment prior to starting, she sussed that my problem was with myQL band and got down to work. Walked out after half an HR like a new woman. quite literally the best £20 I've spent in ages. Thanks for working your magic Jo x
