Excellent service today when my prescription hadn’t been sent across in time for the bank holiday weekend. Provided advice about how to get emergency medication and after a call to 111 I left with the medication I needed. Thank you!

GP mentioned there was a supply issue with requested medication however I never seem to have any issues with Drayton Pharmacy who always provide an excellent service. Thank you

Excellent service. This pharmacy know their stuff! Tried several other pharmacies for a prescription. They all said they'd have to order it in. Drayton Prime said that the item can be bought over the counter under a different name! The emergency prescription was the generic name! I was out til midnight last night trying to get this item! Thank you for being switched on and helpful and also for answering your phone!

Best pharmacy for miles!They always have medicine in when most others have to order it in.They are super speedy, very friendly and always helpful. I travel over 15 minutes to get to this pharmacy, passing at least 6 others as this is simply the best.Thank you!I’m not able to write a second review, but just wanted to provide an update. I’ve been extremely ill recently and had to get lots of different medications over several weeks. That has meant I’ve been in multiple locations getting help/treatment. Nearly every time I’ve tried to get medication, no pharmacy had it in…except Drayton Prime. Not only did the other pharmacies not have the meds, they were never helpful and often got frustrated that I was asking when the medication would be available. Drayton always has the medication. Twice they didn’t have the full amount (I’ve needed some rare meds in high quantities) and they would give time estimates without me asking. Drayton Prime is ALWAYS helpful, kind and well stocked!QA pharmacy isn’t as well stocked!Thank you so much. You take away so much stress!

Always a Professional Service by Aunty and the team who navigate through the challenge of ever changing medication in the pill box scheme. Without the support of this service managing my husband's medicine for Alzheimer's and associated issues, means I can rest assured he is well looked after. Bless Aunty she cares is on the ball when it comes to her clients and definitely goes the extra mile.As is my experience with all the staff at this pharmacy. Thank you for all your hard work in my opinion you are unsung heroes in a dog eat dog world.

Very knowledgeable and lovely helpful staff. Our prescription is always ready when we go to collect it and never have any missing items. We prefer to collect our prescriptions from this chemist even though we live five miles away.Ten out of ten for customer service.

Extremely bad service and rude manager(lady). My husband picked up my prescription before we were going on holidays and when we got on holidays I opened my antibiotics was very surprised- there was no expiry date , not on the packaging not on the pills, no leaflet. When I went back to pharmacy after our holidays the manager was extremely rude and said that I can google the medication and read the leaflet that way and that they don’t keep out of date medication and even if it was out of date medicine you course is only 5 days so you will be fine. She just wrote an expiry date like out of her date on the package. I am not even sure if it’s legal. Since new owners came in it’s very unpleasant experience all the time. Staff looks very unprofessional, wearing a jacketsa behinde the tills, eating when serving. So whole family changed our pharmacy amd never be back again. And everyone please check ypur expiry date with this pharmacy

After trawling portsmouth for an item my diabetic son needed desperately my friend rang these and they had it to say it was a life saver is an understatement so thank you so much .
