Went to fleet branch today and was served by Dean who was very polite and helpful. He mended my boots there and then, glueing together. And he never charged me. Thank you Dean. Will always use your shop.

It took three weeks, but top marks to Timpson in Fleet (Hampshire) High Street - did an excellent job re-soling my tired and worn out Timberland boots - a plush new Vibram sole replacement, they’ll probably now outlast me!

Needed three new sets of keys, and these were cut while we finished our shopping.One set didn't open the lock; went back and the assistant knew exactly why, and fixed it is seconds.Really good service.
