Wish I could give 0 as the experience with this shop was awful. 5 attempts to deliver the bed and all times with issues. Either very damaged packaging or same parts and not the missing parts. Delivery company that they are using is also bad. Wasted so much of my time as I had to stay home every time. In the end we are left with no bed as I couldn’t waste anymore of our time and nerves.What a nightmare!

Disappointed and would not recommend this company. I initially trusted the reviews and images on the site but i should of read the google reviews as some similar experiencesItem not exactly as image on the website, no replacement offered and returns at a cost of £75, unbelievable and extortionate.Delivery 1-3 days mine took 6 days.

Order no. 332686Ordered a wardrobe that was 3-5 days delivery on 24 SEP 2023 still not received this despite the customer service team telling me the courier would be in contact. Still no contact received. Just tried to chase up via email and their email mailbox is full. This is ridiculous for a company their size. When I have emailed and got through I have received prompt responses however their assurances of courier will be in touch" and "it will be next week" have not come true. Please be honest

If I was able to offer 0 stars, than I would.The customer services and after sales support from this business is terrible. We purchased a sofa from them with an expected delivery date of 3-5 days. We purchased this sofa ahead of a holiday and had nearly 2 weeks for this to arrive. When we didn't receive after 8 working days I called to request an update and was told there were no issues and the courier should be in contact tomorrow.No call from the courier so I called back and spoke with someone else within the team. They went on to advise that factory that the sofa was coming from had issues and there was around a 2 week delay. I questioned why I was not made aware of this and they said 'we wouldn't have known until you called to chase' which to me, is poor service.The lady I spoke with was extremely rude and wasn't being helpful in any way shape or form. I then asked her to make a follow-up phone call to me 2 weeks later (after my holiday) to check if the items was received, and she said this is not possible it is my responsibility to tell them, even after raising a complaint.The sofa then arrived and it was OK quality, I wouldn't rave about it, but it will suffice for a second living room.Overall they are a poor quality business with a lot of adjustments needed. I would NOT recommend and would encourage you to purchase elsewhere.

Please be warned and I quote from Roseland “there will always be a “slight” difference when buying online, as no two monitors will show the colour the same way.”When they mean “slight”, they mean a completely different colour/shade. So be careful what monitor you are ordering from. NOTE: the previous line is sarcastic.Also from them “This is the correct item and within our tolerance for dealing with natural items.” My unit I received is a completely different shade of Oak to the one advertised so be warned, they have very high tolerance for what you will receive.

I ordered a table and the outside part of the wood is a lot darker on one side than the rest of the table. The extendable leaf in the middle is yellow and the rest of the table is a brown colour. The table is all different colours of wood and looks dreadful. I have been told that this is 'natural variation' in the wood. This is a lot more than natural variation, it is completely different colours all over. The description does not state that the outer part on one side will be a darker colour therefore this is against the consumer rights act. I can't believe I have to pay £75 for this to be taken away. I then emailed to arrange a collection and had a back and forth email conversation 4 times just to ask them to take it away. Such a poor company.

Overall a mixed review for Roseland as I am happy with some items of furniture but the saga with the final piece has ruined any positivity I had and would therefore would not recommend the company to anyone due to their non-existent QA processes and poor online customer services.The photos below summarise the three attempts at providing a satisfactory product which they are still unable to provide. They now want me to pay to return the third chest of drawers due to the mismatched wood colours on the top. There has been no attempt to consider all of the time and effort I have spent waiting in for deliveries and collections or have to carefully repackage each item.Noted regarding the response below, but all offers from Roseland did not fix the issue. The final offer was for the chest of drawers to be returned with no replacement. This is not satisfactory as I will then have mismatched furniture in my room.
